All orders are processed within 2–7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Processing time includes order verification, production, quality checks, and packaging.

Because many of our items are made to order, processing times may vary slightly during high-volume periods such as holidays or sales events.

Shipping Time

Once your order has been processed and shipped, delivery times are estimated as follows:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping (if available): 2–4 business days

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, order size, and selected shipping method.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Shipping Delays

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses

During peak seasons (such as holidays), shipping carriers may experience delays beyond our control.

Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for reshipping fees.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
If you believe your package is missing, please contact the shipping carrier directly.

International shipping availability, rates, and delivery times vary by location.
